For our European customers - we want to inform you that we have a Tax and Handling paid option available now. We have negotiated a deal with DHL where you will pay the tax and handling at the checkout, for a seamless, door to door service. We have an Express option or a standard 3–5-day option in place.
However, if you prefer the non-VAT method these options are still available also. We understand that the process has been difficult for everyone but hopefully this will go some way to alleviate most of the issues and hope to see our European friends back again.
