I am glad to hear your positive experience with the Ulster.
The choice of dark wool seems to have worked out very well. The cloth is certainly like nothing else we’ve ever seen – even compared to other vintages of Herdwick tweed.
We will be sure to use the cloth next year for … a coat. Maybe the peacoat, maybe the tielocken, maybe a new design. And likewise the Ulster will hopefully return in another type of tweed, and likely in slightly less limited number (five were made in the colour you see above).

Yessir — we hope to make one more in the light colour in size L some time next month.
Dernier drop en date, une série de trois pulls un peu bi-texture, très originaux.
À choisir, si je devais tester, je tenterais un upsize pour un rendu loose. Ajusté comme sur les fitpics, je ne suis qu’à moitié convaincu, alors que en loose ça pourrait être très chouette !

Alas, sir, no — we’ve no plans to make the parka again any time soon. Not for more than a year, I suspect. Sorry about that! We’re a minuscule company, see, and so never make very much of anything.

Je n’ai pas de pièce SEH (une erreur que je devrai un jour corriger) mais vu ce que je lis sur la qualité et la densité des mailles de la marque, je ne suis pas sûr que ça se prête vraiment à l’upsize car je ne suis pas sûr que la maille va tomber (je ne sais pas si c’est clair). Pas sûr que ce soit assez fluide disons !!! Je ne sais pas ce que tu en penses @Fennec
Mais peut-être certains ont une expérience plus concrète.
Je connais pas des masses de hauts qui tolèrent mal l’upsize (me concernant).
Typiquement ma prochaine popover chez SEH sera upsize en L (quitte à la raccourcir ensuite). Surtout si SEH en sort une en velours !
Pour les mailles, je ne pense pas qu’un upsize (+1) soit vraiment un gros risque. Une maille lourde tombe bien et d’autant mieux qu’elle a un peu de marge, je trouve ! (Mais après j’ai pas testé.)
BTW, @sehkelly-paul, have you plan out a future batch of popover shirt in a winter fabric such as corduroy or moleskin ? The old ones were amazing.

Despite appearance, even the heavy knitwear is very soft and fluid. It looks like armour but the lambswool from which it is made is the softest around, and does over time further relax and ease up in the places that are most stretched with wear. It’s not like, say, a heavy Aran knit where the yarn is very tough and unyielding (I love them but ours are polar opposites in this respect).

The popover is actually going in the opposite direction, and will next resurface with short sleeves, and in linen. However, this will make room for another « shirt-ish » design to emerge in the coming years, and which can be made in heavier cloth — we have an idea for at least one, maybe two.

Qu’est-ce que c"est beau… Il faut vraiment que je sois plus pro-actif sur les sorties de cette marque.
C’est très beau mais j’ai des doutes quant au côté pratique pour l’enfiler
The anorak has deep vents at the sides, built into the side seams, which, while only a few inches high, increase by miles and miles the ease with which it can be lifted over a head.
Et si ça ne te convainc pas, il faudra demander à @sehkelly-paul de nous faire une démonstration d’enfilage en vidéo (attention, je vous vois venir les esprits mal placés 
).

Les side vents sont pas très profonds, au niveau du col pas d’ouverture particulière, et un P2P de 56cm en M (sur ce genre de pièce on est plus souvent dans les 65cm justement pour que ça s’enfile facilement.
Mais je suis preneur pour la vidéo

I find the anorak fine to pull on and off. And I have an XL head (this is not a boast (though I am bigheaded)).
The neck circle is wide, the body and sleeves are fully lined with slippery satin of the highest grade, and the body has a unique « magyar » (the etymological reason eludes me) construction which when laid flat relaxes into the shape of a T.
The armholes are also quite low (which is partly inherent to the magyar body construction and a major reason why we chose this method) so permit easy access.
It is likely still more difficult to pull on than an anorak with 10cm more width in the chest, of course!
